Assisted in the creation of a content strategy for Demand Media’s Content Channels product, which can be found on the websites of National Geographic, USA Today, Houston Chronicle, San Francisco Chronicle, Salon.com and other destinations. Understood the needs of a destination site’s audience, and used Demand Media’s proprietary Title Mining algorithms to generate titles that satisfied those needs. Created a titling vision to produce the right kind of content for each site. Reviewed and edited titles, assigning internal formats appropriate for article production. Surfaced the best pieces of content to feature on the homepage and category pages of each site.
